Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or personalized products are made uniquely for you and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We only accept returns or exchanges for custom items if:

The item is defective or damaged, or
-
You received the wrong item
If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Made-to-Order Items (Non-Customized)
For standard made-to-order items, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size), the buyer is responsible for return shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund

No restocking fee will be charged
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return:

PayPal: 2–3 business days

Credit Card: 7–15 business days (subject to your bank's processing time)
How to Return an Item

Email us at support@embrofy.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

Wait for confirmation. Our team will provide the correct return address and instructions

Ship the item using the local post office. Include all original packaging

Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. The return address must be provided by our customer service team.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund

Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee

Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped
